Colonial Classics Farmstead Cheese is grass-fed artisanal cheese made right on the farm from raw whole cow milk. Crafted in our state of the art facility our cheese is aged to varying degrees of sharpness and flavor. Made with our unique recipe which allows the earthen elements to enhance the flavor and texture that the farmstead cheese of yesteryear embodied. Inspired by the stories and techniques of our 105 year old grandmother, our family decided to create farmstead products that would bring back the quality, flavor, and texture produced from a lost art of long ago. Our goal is to produce products with all the purity and natural nutrition that people once had and is now hard to find. We use old style farming methods of animal husbandry where the cows are on pasture one hundred percent of the time. Exercise, fresh air, and sunshine allow the cows to be healthy, relaxed, and comfortable while they produce the milk for the best quality cheese. We are a licensed and inspected seasonal dairy and milk processor. From our farm to your table!

Ingredients: cultured raw whole cow’s milk, enzymes, sea salt. Some varieties may include herbs or spices.
